"The bathrooms were easy to find, which..."
The bathrooms were easy to find, which was nice. They seemed clean enough, and when we went there wasn’t really a long wait?? Overall, no complaints

"Not as family-friendly as I expected"
I don’t know if it was just us, but the kids got bored quickly, and the stroller areas felt really cramped. I was expecting there to be more family-friendly things to do, so it was a little disappointing. Did anyone else feel the same way?

"Not sure the membership was worth it"
I got the membership thinking I’d use the perks more, but I mostly only noticed the parts that affected me, and the benefits felt limited. The staff I dealt with were nice, so no complaints there, but the information was a little confusing and the renewal emails started to get on my nerves. I’ll probably skip renewing next year

"Fun birthday party, maybe I picked a busy day"
We had my son’s birthday party at Science City, it went really well. The kids had a blast running around and trying all the hands-on exhibits, and it kept them entertained way longer than I thought it would. I was kind of wondering if I had underestimated how much they’d enjoy it.
The only reason I’d say 4 stars instead of 5 is that it felt crowded, and getting everyone rounded up for cake was a little chaotic. But maybe that’s partly on me for choosing that time or not planning the transition better. The staff was friendly, the party room was clean, and I’d definitely consider doing it again, just hopefully on a quieter day.

"The bathrooms were actually clean, which…"
The bathrooms were actually clean, which I appreciated. The floors had a few spots that looked like they could use more attention, though. I didn’t bother bringing it up to customer service because I don’t trust that they’d do much about it.
"I had trouble finding what I needed..."
I had trouble finding what I needed because the signs were kind of confusing and the layout felt a bit all over the place. I kept having to backtrack, which was frustrating. Did anyone else have the same issue?

"Field trip felt really unorganized"
I went into the field trip in a good mood and was hoping it would be a fun day, but it got frustrating fast.
The schedule seemed all over the place from the beginning, and it felt like no one really knew where our group was supposed to go next. The kids ended up waiting around a lot, and the directions we were given were not very clear.
There were a few decent moments, but the lack of organization made the whole thing stressful. For a school trip, I really think it needed better planning and clearer communication.

"The tickets were way too expensive for..."
The tickets were way too expensive for what it ended up being. A few of the exhibits were fun, sure, but not enough to make the price feel worth it. I kept thinking, make it make sense, because for that cost, I expected a lot more. We left feeling like the money would’ve been better spent somewhere else

"Quick but fun visit with the kids"
We were kind of rushing through, but still ended up spending about 3 hours here. The kids really liked most of the exhibits, even though a few things were closed. Overall, it was still worth the stop.

"Friendly staff, but I felt overlooked"
The staff seemed nice enough, but I ended up waiting around way longer than I expected. After a while, it kind of felt like I was being brushed off or forgotten, which was frustrating.

"Event felt disorganized"
I went for one of the special events and it was kind of a letdown. The schedule wasn’t very clear, the staff seemed unsure about what was going on, and a bunch of the activities were either super crowded or not open at all. Has anyone else had the same issue at their events? I don’t think I’d go back for another one.

"Great learning spot for kids"
my kids had a great time here. They actually stayed interested the whole visit, which is not always easy to pull off. There were lots of hands-on science activities instead of just signs to read, and I liked that they could try things out and ask questions. It felt fun, but they were definitely learning too. Really nice place for a family day out.

"Pretty accessible, though not perfect"
I’ll admit, I wasn’t sure how easy it would be to plan a visit to Science City, but the site was mostly fine. The pages loaded quickly, and I was able to find the main stuff like hours and ticket info without too much trouble. A few details did feel kind of tucked away, which was a little annoying, but not enough to ruin the experience. Once we got there, the ramps and elevators made things a lot easier. So yeah, it could be better, but overall it was accessible

"Lots to see... fun"
There was a good variety of things to check out, and it kept us busy for most of the afternoon... overall, fun.

"Nice exhibits, though not totally perfect"
I took my kids last weekend and had a good time overall. I was actually surprised by how well a lot of the exhibits were kept up, especially compared to some other science centers we’ve been to. A few of the hands-on things looked like they’d been recently fixed, and when one got stuck, the staff jumped in quickly to reset it. The place felt clean and cared for, which I really appreciated. That said, it wasn’t amazing in every single way, and a couple areas still felt a little underwhelming, but overall I left feeling like it was worth the visit.

"Food options were just okay"
The snacks were alright, nothing too exciting but fine enough. The drink choices felt limited though. After I paid, I felt a little unsure about whether it was worth it, like I expected a bit more for the money.

"The interactive exhibits were awesome"
I stopped by on a day when I wasn’t really sure what I wanted to do, and I’m glad I did because the interactive exhibits were the best part. I had my coffee earlier than usual that morning, so I had way more energy than expected, and it made wandering around and trying everything even more fun. Everything felt hands-on and engaging without being confusing, and I ended up spending more time there than I planned.

"Parking made the visit stressful"
Science City was fine overall. The exhibits were decent. But the parking really stressed us out.
The garage was confusing. It took us too long to figure out where to go. The price also felt high for a simple family visit.
Walking in from the parking area with kids was not fun. I wish the website explained parking better. It started the trip on the wrong note.

"Fun for the kids, but disappointing overall"
We went on a weekend it was way more crowded than I expected. The kids still managed to have fun, which was the only real saving grace, but the long lines and nonstop noise made the whole visit feel stressful instead of enjoyable. I was a little disappointed because I thought it would be a more relaxed experience. Maybe it’s better on a slower day, but I don’t think I’d go back on a weekend.

"We took my 5-year-old to Science City thinking..."
We took my 5-year-old to Science City thinking it would be a great day out, and while there were definitely a few fun exhibits he enjoyed, a lot of it seemed geared more toward older kids. Some of the activities were a bit confusing for him, and he lost interest quicker than I expected. It’s a cool place overall and I can see it being great for slightly bigger kids, but for his age there just wasn’t quite enough to keep him engaged. I do wish the website gave a clearer idea of the best age range before we visited
